
Nives Crevenkovic
Mental Health Accredited Social Worker
Nives completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Sydney in 1994 and has ben an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker since 2008. She has a breadth of experience in working with a diverse range of clients including those with complex needs. Nives has worked extensively in women’s health and trauma and has held senior clinical roles within NSW Health and Department of Verterans Affairs. She is also a Clinical Supervisor.
Nives’ therapeutic skills and professional training include EMDR, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Solution Focused Therapy.
As a practicing therapist for over 30 years, Nives brings a genuine warmth and compassion to all her sessions. Using evidence-based techniques, she works together with her clients to help them achieve long-term change. Her approach is person-centered and trauma-informed and incorporates the practice of self-compassion as the basis of cultivating personal growth and healing.
She offers a safe, non-judgmental space and assists each client in gaining a greater understanding and acceptance of themselves.
